Process

Design Phase: The process begins with a thorough consultation and design phase where you work with experts to plan the pool’s size, shape, features, and location on your property.
1. Permitting: Necessary permits and approvals are obtained from local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
2. Excavation: The construction team excavates the designated area, digging a hole to the specified dimensions for the pool.
3. Plumbing and Electrical: Plumbing and electrical systems, including filtration, circulation, and lighting, are installed and connected.
4. Reinforcement: Steel or concrete rebar is used to reinforce the pool’s structure, ensuring strength and durability
5. Shotcrete or Gunite: A mixture of concrete and sand, often called shotcrete or gunite, is sprayed onto the pool’s steel framework to create the shell or structure of the pool.
6. Curing: The pool structure is allowed to cure and dry for a couple of weeks, ensuring it’s stable and strong for the next steps.
7. Tile and Coping: Decorative tiles and coping are installed around the pool’s edges for a finished look.
8. Decking: Depending on the design, the pool deck is constructed, which can be made from materials like concrete, pavers, or natural stone.
9. Final Inspection: Local authorities may conduct a final inspection to ensure the pool complies with safety and building codes.

10. Pool Interior Installation: After the concrete deck has cured for several days we will install your pool interior selection. Plaster or peblle pool interiors are some of the options.

11. Filling and Water Treatment: The pool is filled with water, and water treatment systems are installed to maintain water quality.

12. Handover: Once the pool is approved, it’s handed over to you, the owner, with instructions on maintenance and operation.
13. Enjoyment: Finally, you can enjoy your beautiful, functional swimming pool!
